Why can't men multitask?

Distance: 0.6 miles
Time: 5m29s

Having stayed late at work 'cos it's very busy, I got in late and was toing and froing: sorting the post out, putting the shopping away, turning the laptop on so it could virus check itself whilst I was out, nipping to the loo, getting changed for my run, putting the dinner in the oven to cook, and then off out the door. I was quite pleased I'd managed to get so much done in such a short space of time. Until I got back from my run and realised I hadn't turned the cooker on. D'oh!

I've ordered my new bike today! I should get it next month. I'm as happy as a pig in a muddy puddle :)

Running 13.1 miles in memory of Carl

I ran the Silverstone Half Marathon on 15th March 2009. I managed the 13.1 mile course in 2 hours and 4 minutes. Not a bad effort for my first Half Marathon! I returned in 2010 to run it in 1 hour 54 minutes, and plan to do it again in 2011. I decided to run this in aid of The PSC Trust and PSC Support in memory of my brother Carl, who died from liver failure in November 1997. If you'd like to sponsor me for this - please email me at pscrun@ulen.me.uk PSC Trust
