Having taken an extra rest day yesterday, I was back in the pool today, and apart from the people wandering in and out of the lane that I was trying to swim in, I had a good workout today. I even kept enough back to sprint the last length. I wish I'd timed it as it was fast (though maybe not very elegant!). My leg feels a lot better today, but I'm still glad I'm not going for any impact exercise on it.
