Following a well earned day off after 20 miles of exercise in 4 days this week, back out for a run this evening, and I was keen enough to put in a quick time. A bit more fitness and a bit more stamina and I should be able to keep up 9 minute miles in training, which will stand me in good stead for the longer runs when I build up to them soon.
