Took a day off yesterday as I'm not really up to full training yet. I've managed a 3rd week in a row with 4 runs though, which is still good. Today's mile took me 4m35s for the first half, and 4m36s for the second half. Out for a "long" one tomorrow. I think I'll stick to 1.5m this week, and up it to 2 next week.
