A slow steady jog this evening. Nothing too strenuous. Apart from anything else running in the dark is hard, especially along the main road when sight of the footpath temporarily disappears in the moving shadows thrown by the headlights from passing cars... Luckily now the winter solstice has been and gone, the days will start to get longer again. Spring will soon be here. As will the Marathon. My 16-week training plan starts in earnest on 5th Jan.
