A slow one this evening. It was cold and dark. I just wanted to limber up and loosen up my muscles ready for tomorrow's long run. I took it deliberately easy this evening, and barely broke into a sweat as I jogged through the quiet night alone. Thursday's exertions on the bike meant I was a bit stiff yesterday, so all I wanted to do today was ease myself back into it gently.
