Another quick one today. Not another record time, but consistently around the 7-minute-mile mark. It would be very difficult to keep improving my time week after week, and of course running the fastest mile I can is not my overall aim. Running 26 miles 385 yards is. Back to a slower run (8+minute-miles) tomorrow.
